4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To access ljl55's gaming services, you must register a personal account by providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. 4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one ljl55 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. 4.3 Account Security

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours. 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits are credited upon confirmation from the payment processor, usually within 30 minutes.

5.2 Player Funds

5.3 Deposit Source

Players will be notified if a hold is placed on their withdrawal request and will be advised of any additional steps required to complete the verification process.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ljl55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion.
• Each Player may claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the offer is explicitly designated as recurring.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity period if the wagering requirement has not been met.

8. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and payout calculations.

8.1 Game Integrity

All games on the ljl55 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or operate via verified live dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by ljl55 staff after wagers are placed. ljl55 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ljl55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another person or entity.
• Money Laundering: Using ljl55 to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, baccarat, or any multiplayer format.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to play games, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game logic flaws to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits made in good faith to your ljl55 account.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ljl55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

ljl55's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your ljl55 wallet at the time the claim arises.

ljl55 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You acknowledge that all gaming on ljl55 carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that past game outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

ljl55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; engagement in any prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any action that ljl55 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other Players, or third parties.

Upon account closure by either party, any verified withdrawable real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you wish to voluntarily close your ljl55 account, you may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days, during which time normal account activity may continue.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the ljl55 platform shall first be submitted to ljl55's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of ljl55 must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

15. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

ljl55 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, provide advance notice to registered Players via in-platform notification or email.

Your continued use of the ljl55 platform after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any revised terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any available balance in accordance with Section 13 above.
